After working as a designer for over 15 years we bought our store.
My shop is Compton's Florist and has been established since 1956. We bought it in 1994. All I can say is the time has flown by. It's kept me pretty busy.
We are located on the Houston Ship Channel in a small community called La Porte.

I'm a member of Allied Florist of Houston, Texas State Florist Association , and I'm very involved in the Teleflora Units program. I have a passion for education and have dedicated myself to helping spread that passion.
I am very domestic, I love to cook, and garden,and when I have time, go on long drives with my husband Paul in his convertible.
I am a very proud mother of one son, Nick who is a grad student at Rice University getting a PHD in Chemistry. -
