I began working in the floral industry when I was thirteen in a family owned business. I am now fifty two and own to shops in Northeast Texas. Our two retail locations are in the business district of town although some of my work,like most, is done after hours on the computer at home. Small town florists wear many hats, bookkeeper, designer, manager, sales clerk, etc. I love what I do, always have, and even though I often work way too many hours, I can't imagine doing anything else.
