has signed an "official agreement" with TELEFLORA to handle the transmission of the bulk/ALL of their OG orders, so, for those of you that support Teleflora...please do what you NEED to do, to send your displeasure!!
Enough smart and sassy FTD florists have now put enough pressure on this order gathering "monster", and shown them "THE DOOR".
Should you choose to accept these orders...GOOD LUCK!!

Interesting...

I believe the majority of 1-800's orders are transmitted through their own Bloomlink network and heard recently about an 'unequal sender' penalty for folks using that vehicle.

Have you seen a formal announcement about this agreement?

AFAIK, there are still plenty of FTD members willing to fill OG orders. More likely that TF is just giving a bigger rebate or more extensive services.

Some FTD florists might be showing them the door, However FTD did go to bat & try everything they could to get 800's orders. Teleflora in time of desperation was willing to go a little further to protect their volume.

Possibly part of the answer however I think there are several answers. They may need Teleflora to give them more end points in locations where they don’t have a Bloomlink member or a LFC shop. (There preferred network) Even within those areas with they have there own member, they may not have the strength or ability to give them good coverage. They may be having too many issues on the orders they are sending through FTD with either quality or rejections. As Teleflora continues to loose large order gatherers including FTD latest pickup of florist.com it puts more pressure on Teleflora to find orders for its members.

I would "prefer"...

that enough smart and sassy FTD AND TF members show them the door...it WOULD BE a major accomplishment....

Teleflora has lost a LOT of orders in the past cou0ple years, nearly every one of their top 5 and maybe top 10, which is a Huge part of their order block, to guess who?
