1 800 telling me the dove has been down for over a week

I 800 is telling me the dove has been down for over a week I said your not telling the truth. This morning they wanted me to take and order for another town for $59.99 I said I needed $7 for delivery. Well she would have to get that for me and would send it over the dove but the delivery charge would come later. I said no I need it all before I do the order. Then Teleflora headquarters calls and said they have and order for me for same service and the total is $54.99 I said no I need $7 for delivery and ask them what happened to the $59.99 order.
Now the gal calls and said she has the $7 for delvier but the orginal order was for $54.99 not $59.99 I said send it over the dove she said its not working and hasn't been for over a week. I wanted to ask if they forgot to pay the bill.
Wonder where it will go from here. I have the family pieces so its not a biggy but I just love screwing with 1 800.
 
They always say that the computer is down when they call my shop...and I just say that if we don't get it over the Dove, we don't fill it. And, they routinely forget to give money for delivery, so we always have to call and tell them to do a price change. We NEVER deliver until the price change comes in...and it always does.
 
I just hate being lied to. I want a hard copy of there order anymore. Its getting late in the day and if its not here by 4 guess their customer is just out of luck.
 
We stopped all together taking their orders. Got tired of being messed with.

They always did the same thing with us, saying their dove was down. OR they would ask us for our teleflora code. So sorry not giving that to you. They would say then we can't sent you the order. I would tell them we are in the system, you will have to look and find it but i am NOT giving my code to you. :wallhead::wallhead::wallhead: 1800flowers :wallhead::wallhead::wallhead:
 
Is anybody seeing the pattern here?

Why isn't 800 using Bloomnet in the first place? OK so no member maybe, but my guess would be the second call was them too, just lying and saying they were TFHQ.... caller ID anyone?

This scenario is going to continue to increase.... I'll betchya!!!

because nobody wants to carry bloomnet!!!!!!

that's it in our area anyway. We used to be a bloomnet "member"

even then they would try to give us orders over the phone and ask us for our bloomnet code saying they couldn't find us or that their computers were down.
we didn't give them our bloomnet code either.

We are not taking 800 flowers orders anymore either. Last week they sent us an order that I refused (not enough money) They called back to ask if we would fill it for 15.00 more than the had originally sent. I said no I needed 20.00. They said ok that they would dove it. We received the order but no price change. I asked for the price change the next day and they sent only 10.00. I asked every day for three days.They told me it had already been sent. Then they said the original order was for ten dollars less. I am done with them. Today I finally got the price change. Too late I am not filling another order for them.

Took my flowers to the funeral home and the order was there from another shop. I knew he'd fill it he'll fill anything just to ahve the business. It was from a company so I wonder if they get a discount from 1 800 too.
 
As JB would say.......Opinions vary - but mine is this.......This adds one more to the growing number of reasons to be WS free.
