I got this order from a customer that sales did not want to work with and quickly learned why he called every day for about two weeks before the order and then cancelled three days prior.The day before the order was supposed to have gone out he came back into the store and wanted to send it again I explained to him the amount of time we had already invested in this and that we would reinstate the order if he paid cash as we would not be able to cancel.Of course he called the very next morning to cancel again the girl had gotten a restraining order and I apologised and told him how fortunate he was it was the week of mothers day and he was going to have the happiest mom in New England.I actually helped him bungy cord them into the back of his pick up as his mom was out of state anything for love and to make our customers happy!:alcoholic
