How incredibly flattering Rich.

See how ahead of the ball you are?

LAW SUIT!!!!!!!

He he he.....flattery won't get them any where ;)

Sorry to hear about this. It's great that you are so good in this industry, but a shame this would happen to you. Flattery or fraud, it shows you who they are looking out for, and it's not any of us.

Are you watching and following the thread 1-800... if so, shame on you.

So you should feel flattered??? No, wait! That was 12 Bucks line, wasn't it? Your design and your photo are both better than theirs.

To be honest, I was expecting a moderately close match, but enough that some plausible deniability remained. In fact, the similarity is shocking!

Those garden totes are good sellers in the greenhouse - esp. fixed up like Bloomery's.

We get em' from Burton+Burton, and usually fix up with the Martha Wash. (when avail, like beg. of April) or Kalanchoe. Sometimes R. Begonia. People snatch em up...

And, tell me again WHY anyone wants to fill 800 orders???
(oh, that's right...I did say you can make a little coin with V-day and M-day...buuut that's about it!)

Yea, check out the Dollar Stores as well. Our last years Mother's Day gift basket.

Whoa that's crazy whack, 1800 are biters.

Again, I truly hope they are watching.

And if you are, believe me folks the word of your treachery and poaching will spread far and wide because this community will share all information with all who need to know... again, you are truly nauseating and incredibly uninspiring.

We get ours from Burton+Burton, too, and used Martha Washingtons (a.k.a., regal geraniums) in our photo. Granted, it's not extremely original to stick a plant in the potting bag, but as far as I know, we were the first to widely promote it as such, and I'm glad they liked our choice of ribbon. They show an azalea, which won't last through the winter north of the Mason-Dixon line.

It's been a complicated week. I'm having trouble deciding if I'm flattered by 800-ServiceCharge, or bitter and clinging to guns and religion (we're in the area of which he spoke). I'm all mixed up inside!

Now that's just funny! :>

I stumbled on them at the dollar store as well, and here I thought I was being all creative (and cost consious)...I bought all they had, thinking mid $ mom day special and a great container for 6" bloomers. Your's is much cuter...what do you expect for $1 (the seeds were $.10 too)

Go after 1-800 flowers, they have WAY more money than me...I'd just hand you the keys to my store, and who wants that?!?!?lol

Get a legal opinion

I really believe you should print everything out and get a lawyer's opinion as to whether or not you would have a good case. Clearly, they will be making money off of your design.
