You know we are always bashing the wire service, and I am as guilty as anyone on here, but I will like to praise them this time.

You all read here the problems I had with 2 orders being delivered for Christmas for one of my customer.

Well after placing a call to Teleflora Canada and I talked to them about the 2 shops and the problems, they followed up with my customer and the filling shops to my customers satisfaction and myself.

Quality Assurance did kick in with a little bit of persuassion of my explanation of why it should be used in this instance.

So Thank you Hafa and Beverley at Teleflora for your help with these orders.

I have always found the customer service department at TF to be very accommodating, courteous and diligent in resolving issues with other florists. I've read many compaints at FC referring to rude reps at TF, which surprises me. I have always thought they might provide special attention to my requests since we are in the top 1,000 sending category, but I believe their attention to service overall is excellent for their members. Boy...are we paying for it...but, that's another topic!
 
Have had many ups and downs with them, but CS has always been pretty good with us. It's the local rep and a few from corporate that should be hung by their toes over the shark tank.
