We average around 100 per day, and yes that's a different mix of visitors each day. We have about 400 or so active users. Inactives get purged regularly.

How long do you have to be inactive before getting purged?

6 months with no logins will do it.

Users with extended absences are sent a "We miss you" email.

What is the reason they get purged?

If they haven't logged in for 6 months it's most likely that:
1) They don't want to be part of FC
2) They forgot their log in and haven't been willing/able to reset it
3) Have gone out of business
4) Have changed their email address

They are more than welcome to join again if they desire. But, after a long absence and a reminder email, there's no point in keeping them on file.

OK. So how many have you purged since the beginning?
I'm just trying to see how many florists are aware the FlowerChat exists.

Purged a few hundred - 2-300 maybe? Could be more...

Some come back after a year or so ...
