Well it looks like they are inforcing the 90 day limit on reporting your phone orders to Teleflora.

I reported a few orders on January 22 for Septemebr and October.

Found out today that those orders where rejected because of the date. Its funny because one order was for October 9th and One for October 16th. They accepted the October 16th order but not the October 9th order. So I had to spend the day calling each store and telling them I had to report a different date in order to recieve payments.

The shops that I talked to said are you serious? One shop said she usually waits 3 months before she reports them.

So heads up everybody. Report those orders as they come in.

Incase anyone didn't know you can log onto myteleflora.com and report them through the website. Very easy and quick. I just wished they would of told me last month that there was a problem instead of finding out when I recieved my payment.

the solution is...REPORT each order IMMEDIATELY...sure takes a lot less time!!
The POS forces us to report it immediately, otherwise, we report it either at the end of the day or at the end of the week to make sure we get paid and not lose the order. We try to avoid the black hole.

Not sure why anyone would hold them and not report them. It's money in your pocket.

Sometimes our system has a hicup and its not until the big cheese finds some time to stop posting on flowerchat and do some real bookeeping.

It was weird because it was only during a four week period from Mid September Until Mid October our Eagle System did not send our report of orders.

Just goes to show you that nothing is perfect. Unless its MAS!!
