We just took an order from someone who tried to send flowers through a shop recommended by the telephone company's information service! Since Wellsboro Florist automatically forwards to New Jersey, and we wouldn't accept a CC order from TF they at least had the courtesy to call back the customer and tell them they couldn't do it. (When they called us, we told them to use one of the TF shops around here, and they couldn't, so I told them to tell their customer to get on our web site and send us the order direct! They hung up on me!) Somehow, the customer was connected to Sue at home who had her call us and we not only got a nice order, but the customer was amazed to find that we used to play bridge with her intended recipients! Makes a warm spot to know some florists still are GREAT HUMAN BEINGS even the last hours before a holiday! Thanks Sue!:kuddle:
