Inside the FTD florist business with Flowersfast
But since FlowersFast.com had its origins in a small-town local florist shop, over 90% of our business is online.
Quick, somebody better yell at him for discussion the commission structure.
FTD has a suggested retail price for most bouquets, and each florist has a workbook which tells them how many stems of each flower to use, the type of container, etc. But wholesale flower prices vary by region, time of year, and phase of the moon. The reality is that the SRP's for most of the FTD products are higher than most florists would charge for that (or a similar) item in their store, so florists almost never balk at taking an order for a few dollars less.
Emphasis mine. Here's an example of his advertising. Did anyone let him know that the filling florist only was to fill to value?
You save over $6 at FlowersFast!
Like $6.03.

Nice use of outbound linking, btw.

Could be my typos... This blog, with its page title and very on-target outbound links, will give Mr. Flowerfast a very nice shot in the page rank that should last for weeks to come. Most people will never read this article, but the effects of it should greatly help the OG service.

Bloomz

It's about the RSS feeds that Blogs use to tell the web that they exist and where to find them...it'll boost the rankings of FlowersFast, just like Real Florists that in the RealFlorist blog here on FlowerChat...

A "new game" in town for the OG's perhaps...if they start blogging, it'll bring another new twist....

interesting that BOB

doesn't tell the whole truth about the rebate he gets from FTD along with his zero% clearings on credit cards.

Just another scammer.
