Boothbay is a beautiful area. I've been there many times (never heard of this place though). Would be hard to compete with the Ogunquit Playhouse though!

Many years ago I went to a show in Berwick Maine in a renovated barn and at intermission they served fresh strawberry shortcake! It was a great combination of professional theatre and small town atmosphere. Loved it!

Being a fellow CT resident, have you checked out the Infinity Music Hall in Norfolk, CT??? Terribly quaint, lovingly restored music hall with great acoustics and good food, too. We went there this summer and loved it!!
