I am going to apply for the AIFD scholarship and need to get two letters of recommendation I do have a friend that may be able to provide me with one did not know if anyone here could help me with the other?I can provide references and have been doing this for fifteen years ,always wanted to do this and decided to give it a shot and hope I am good enough to get it.Thanks Brad

Now I remember why I became a florist the public relations thing didn't work out too well for me ended up spending way too much time talking to myself "UH OH":itchy:

Maybe because of the time of day, then someone maybe able to help you, and also maybe ask some of the folks you have worked for as well..Hope this helps..

Sorry was trying to funny here and thank you everyone for your support and well wishes just found it funny it was all pm's and calls and when I looked at the post no one replied. Respectfully Brad
 
Brad, wouldn't you wish a recommendation from someone you have worked with, for, or an association you were a member of or participated with?
Should not a recommendation come from someone who knows your work, your efforts, and future plans?
How about contacting Cindy Mattson AIFD(Given-Erwin Florist, Burlington MA) or Ann Jordan AAF AIFD mmfd -( Studioflora/Sebago Gardens, Windham ME) to see about any affiliate programs you may volunteer your knowledge for?
