Love it! Looks like the post-er "Pete" is a florist, or florist lover - his other pictures in his public albums are all cut flower related ...

Yes, I am a florist and very interested in all what has to do with floristry :~)

Thought I mention.....after I got these images I saw one really good one on Singapore Airlines going to Singapore....they used a landscape composed of Asparagus, Broccoli, Potatoes and Grapes as the cover page on their flight menue.....

if you go to my albums I am just putting up pictures from the floristry I found on the trip to Singapore and Bali....a heaven for florists there!

Ahhhhh, I didn't realize YOU are Pete! So the images posted are from work you've seen, or work you've done? Either way, they're all incredible. Love the food stuffs .... they really made us "stop" to look more closely at the art, to try and decipher what was what. Making someone stop to look, that's Art, with a capital A. :)

Many thanks, yes, all the images in album "Favourites while I was training.." is my work and the ones from " Found on my Travels.." I have seen on my trips ....

...yes, as you say: stop and look closely...become aware what it really is....this is what I learn a lot through my Tai Chi practice....find the detail in the moment :~)

May I make two nominations for Quote of the Day!

I often told my art students to stop and look until they really saw. That applies to many aspects of life, IMHO.
