Need help from someone who has made an anchor arrangement in fresh flowers. We have a customer who is looking for a sympathy arrangement shaped like an anchor. Any ideas on how we can do this without using styrofoam would be appreciated. They will be coming here this afternoon and would like to have some answers for them.

Thank you...we recently had someone considering a large letter "D"
and were trying to figure that out...they changed their minds before we had to admit to ourselves we had to figure something out...fast!

Now with flowerchat...voila....the answers come...I'm so glad I found this world!

We ended up contacting J Schwanke, and he helped us out with it. We took an oasis cross and a wreath, cut the wreath and attached them together. Pam even used real rope and wound it around. If I knew how to attach a pic here, I would. It worked out beatifully. We were barely back from the funeral home before the family called and said how thrilled they were. BIG load off our minds.

You can upload a pic here, if you like:

Click on "Upload Photo" toward the upper right. Let us know if you do.. I'd love to see the anchor. Sounds very cool.
