New purpose built shop usually means that rather than take on an old site or exisiting shop the vendor has moved into a new development.
Looking at the website I think this is a really cool looking business and although I don't know them personally am impressed enough by both the tone of the intro and content to want to pass it over to my Good Florist Guide team to find out more as I like the styling and look of the shop very much.

Hi, Welcome to Flowerchat, you will love it here. I am assuming that you are a retail florist?? Did you have the shop built yourself or was it just built with the intention of a florist leasing it?
