Hello everyone. We bought this shop in November 2007. Marina handles the front end of the shop and I'm in the back. We moved to Asheville from New Jersey. The past two plus months have been quite a learning experience for both of us. As the back end guy, I have had many concerns about relationships with the wire services, and the best way to market the business. We need to get to the next level. So, I am hoping that this community will contribute to our understanding of both the business and the culture.

That's quite a culture shock for ya, from NJ to NC - I know, we were in Smithfield NC a few weeks ago. Beautiful area, but I sure was glad to come home ....
