Investigation: Customers Not Getting what they Pay for in Flower Orders

From KSL in Salt Lake City. .

You can read the trasnscript, view the report and read feedback from consumers about the skimming OGs.

It looks like Salt Lake City Utah Florist, Sandy Florist and Florist in Salt Lake City all forward to Best Floral in Waukesha, WI.

Neiborhood Flowers (801) 575-8200 (with phony local listings all over the US) is answered by the same looping message as FlowerRewards.com 866-736-3356.

Unfortunately, the report doesn't identify the perps or their wire services.

I'm always amazed when the florist the news channel visits that actually filled the order doesn't want to tell the news people how much they actually received for the order from the OG. At the very least, you would want to clear your name and save your reputation to let consumers know you are providing what was asked of you. That is of course if you have nothing to hide????

Best floral, again!!! Still makin' the headlines all over the country. Rollin' in the dough and laughin' his way right to the bank. Hopefully, someone at bloomnet is reading all this crap. I doubt it!!!!!!

Some of the comments are un-friggin-believable - like this one:

Because of these "middlemen" (they're actually brokers) these florists are getting orders that they otherwise would not. So they are actually PROFITING from this practice.

As for the customer not getting what they ordered, yes, that is unfair to the customer, and thus it is bad business FOR THE MIDDLEMAN. The customer will blame the middleman who took their order, not the real florist. So the florist remains innocent while increasing profits.

I say let capitalism "florish".
It's either an OG or a WS rep.
