Any fruity florists out there?

Hey we use fruit and veggies in our arrangements and I was wonderign if you also use fruit, have you ever used Dragon Fruit before? If so, how hardy is it and is it spendy? The texture is wild!! Here let me post a pic:

Dazeal, We use fruit in arrangements, especailly at weddings when every we can. Have never used the fruit you provided a picture of but it sure looks like a hardy one and beautiful to use. I will have to call our fruit supplier for a price on this one.
