Does anyone out there have a source for a new product called Grid Tape? I think it is also called Grid Sheet.
My sister got a hold of some for her shop in Wi and I cannot find any availablity here in the west.
It is basically a sheet of floral pot tape that comes with the grid pattern already stamped out. She had a 6'' roll.
It's the greatest. We just lined out our rose vases, peeled off the backing and laid it down. It was really fast- no more gridding individual vases. Took about one eighth the time.
My sis used it in place of a foam cage when her order didn't come in. She loved it. Basically wraped a brick of foam on a cheap tray. It was really secure, quick and cost a lot less. She said when she got it she was told that it would eliminate blown oasis and ,according to her they were right. She had a young employee make a centerpeice for a wedding that put way too many flowers in it- it would have fallen apart without the grid sheet.
She got hers online at www.floraleventsupply.com but I cant seem to find it either. I NEED THE STUFF!! I AM ADDICTED!!
Any ideas?

There is an adhesive grid tape form......Has tabs all around the edge like a gear.......I can't recall the maker of them, but you peel off the backing and it clings to the top of your vase or container.

Grid Tape

Thanks Rick
I am familiar with that product-thanks anyway.
This is different in that you can do several vases at once. It also is used for securing foam- the tape you mentioned can't be used for that.
I just keep lookin'!
