if you are around Michigan and you like Art. Make a date to travel to Grand Rapids to view Art Prize.

Over 1700 Artists have entered and all are displayed within a 3mile radius in downtown Grand Rapids. It's a great way to spend a day or weekend.

And the Art is Fabulous!

I'm going this Sunday, there is suppose to be a really cool blown glass display. Quality time with mom and sister!

the is a great glass exhibit at the Fredrick Meijer gardens: Dale Chihuly, A New Eden

there are also large sculpture pieces for the Art prize competition on display at the gardens.

It's on my to do list before the end of October, when the exhibit ends.

art and flowers are alive and well in Michigan! I was shocked at the line to get into the gardens. Here's a few picks, it was really beautiful.
