My Phightin' Phills have issues, despite having one of the HR hitters in the game, a strong starting pitching staff, and all the 'youth' the have...the main issue: no bull pen...middle relief pitching is bad...real bad. Plus, we need a good 5-spot hitter in the order.

So far, it's cost us our first two games. Our GM failed to secure us a good middle reliever, and the Manager fails to pull pitchers in time...among other bad decisions.

We still have high hopes, but they're fading fast...

Congrats on the minor league team. Those games are the best. We have had the Cards AA affiliate for 3 years now and what a blast those games are. I also notice that the loons stadium and website looks just like ours. http://www.springfieldcardinals.com
