Because of the customers,
our businesses exist.

Strive to make your customers number 1 in 2008.
Have your employees read this before they get each paycheck so they remember who really makes the check possible.

I am not sure of the author. I find it several different places on the net and no info on who wrote it.

I am using it in the ASFA newsletter also.

The customer pays my bills. He or she is always number one for me. They may not always be right (who is), but they are always treated well and like the world revolves around them.
