Before I Switch

The only problem I have with them is when I have line problems, they like to push it off on anyone else but themselves....They blame my store, verizon, the landlord anyone....to get a tech out here that knows what they are doing is a miracle also..I was told by verizon, that one com uses their flunkies...Other than that I have not found anyone cheaper...
 
Tom, We have been using One Com for years. They are excellent in my experience. They only have business customers so they understand that when something goes wrong it is costing you money. If we loose service in our area they will immediately do a forward to an alternate phone our other location or a cell until the issue is resolved. They are able to immediately test the lines and if it is their problem we have a tech in our store pronto. It is when it is Verizon's fault that we seem to wait, and wait for it to be resolved.
We also have internet service through them that I am over the top pleased with, both money wise, service, as well as equipment. Time Warner was charging us $125.00 Per Month for service, Verizon internet was $79.00 and up. We signed a 3 year agreement with them for $29.99 per month and the service upload and download is far superior then the others.
