Has anyone been charged for Card ads from Teleflora that were not authorized by the shop manager or owner?? If you have, I would like to speak with you regarding what we can do about it. Please post a response and I will contact you.

Did you get a call a few month ago from Teleflora Offering Free Cards Ads for a limited time. This scheme is that you must Cancel before the next directory comes out. If you said yes a while ago for this offer. then it was up to you to cancel it. Now they have you hooked up for three months at least if you did not pass the cut off date to the next directory.

I always says NO to these type of offers. Who remembers them 3 months later.

card ads

I did but cancelled after 30 days as required but now "nobody knows nothing!"
I was just wondering if I was the only one pulled into this scheme because if there's more than a few persons involved I'll get a class action suit going for deceitful business practices.

Flowers Plus

I Have Been Charged For 7 Extra Listing ...when I Inquired About Them They Could Only Find 6. Plus Expanded Dove/dir.combo Listings That Where Total Unnessecary. Unfortuatly They Will Only Credit Me Back From Jan For Their Error. Saving Alot Of Money On Unnessary Items That They Charge For. :)

Not a problem with card ads ..... but did have a problem with co-op advertising for codified products ... and we don't buy the codified dishes. They did cancel for next time but would not cancel charges because they said we would have had to opt out before program started. Funny thing is I would be the one to talk to and never spoke to anyone. Again I bring up the idea of the legalities of the buyer having to opt out of program and not put the onus on the seller.

You being Canadian have a legal arguement , under our law negative billing is outlawed , done mainly because of the cable tv companies adding services without notification and charging for it . Go to the dept of justice website and look up negative billing regulations and send a copy of it to them and see what their response is , worked for me with FTD a number of years back when I got charged for a selection guide I didn't order or want.
