I am liltte bit confused and want to understand on why some of you guys support FTD and when they have your attention they stab you in the back with Wallmart or now talking to send their brand to every grocery store in the USA. Seeing everything that is happening these days I am glad that I am not part of that world. I am even planning to refuse all FTD orders that comes into my shop no matter what. I am also planing to control those direct tf headquarters orders by refusing them period. AS far I am concern they can try to get their orders filled from the other flower shop. At mothers Day when I am running crazy, it will be very easy to say I am sorry and just concentrate on those 100% orders she cant fill because she is busy filling those discounted orders.
I have seen my local sales up, my out of town orders and incoming down, but I am making more money, go figure....just by saying no and taking control....
