Who we are - Bob and Kathy (Kathy's Flowers)
Where we are - Orange County, CA (Midwest transplants)
What we are doing - Retail florist (trying to find location)
How we got into business - Kathy has been designing for years and wants to open a new store. Me, I'm a software developer and partner of hers in this venture.
The more I read on this forum, the more difficult I see it is to have a successful business. Since the "business part" is my part of the partnership, I'm trying to learn as much as possible. All tips are appreciated!
