I have to use them in some bridal bouquets and I don't want them to change too much and alter the shape of the bouquets.

Remove when you are just about ready to leave for the wedding. They should be fine. Part of their "uniqueness" is their ability to transform shapes virtually before your very eyes. Bells are drawn to the LIGHT...so to have them stay in their present shape, place in a very dark (or cover with a dark plastic bag) cooler.
