Who's a good guy who's a bad guy anymore
It's sure a lot tougher to tell these days, the lines just get grayer as change happens. I have only met Art once, but I can tell you this man is a go getter. I have nothing bad to say about him, he's full of ideas many of us could emulate, and a relentless marketer.
His business philosophy is different than mine, he still believes in incoming orders and he prices outgoing "with all fees included" (no extra fees, which is a myth) which worries me if I fill an order that the consumer won't understand why the order is transmitted at less than they spent, but I could be wrong, that's just my choice.
No we aren't "buds" and don't hang out so don't accuse me of putting lipstick where it don't belong, but I think this guy generally is a "good guy". I just can't say anymore who is a good guy and a bad guy for their web advertising. The landscape has changed SOOO much that you need a scorecard to tell the players and a lie detector connected to your POS to tell which orders are safe to fill. (Wonder if Abner can do that?)
And any order one of us independents gets is one THEY don't get, so let's get bizzy and hork them back from Art and others.

PS ...I DO check a web site and my rule of thumb for THIS year/month/day is if more than $10 is taken off the total price paid I don't fill it (including tax). I ASK for mo money or forward it down the street.
