I make NO JUDGMENTS on any of these REAL FLORIST COAT-TAILERS, just some OBSERVATIONS which are based on THEIR ACTIONS.
Personally, and in my UMBLE OPINION, I have no use for anyone who steps on the little people in an effort to either get through another one of their bipolar tirades or use their title to remove good people in favor of their special friends.
Obviously, I must be out of sync with some of the KOOL-AIDE drinkers since this company is the same one who insists on DROP SHIPPING CUT FLOWERS, FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS, and GIFTS to the EXCLUSION of their OWN MEMBER FLORISTS while reveling in their MEMBER'S PASSIVE STREAMS of REVENUES and only using them for the SAME-DAY-DELIVERY needs of THEIR CUSTOMERS when THEY CAN'T DROP SHIP.
So, let me try and get this straight?
This company along with their CEOs and VPs relish in MILLIONS of DOLLARS in annual salaries, bonuses, and stock options, all off the backs of THEIR FLORIST CUSTOMERS.
The very same florists who they try and EXCLUDE from the more profitable side of the NO LABOR, NO DELIVERY, and NO SERVICE side of the DROP SHIP ORDER SPECTRUM.
After which and ONLY WHEN THEY HAVE TO use YOU for the FULL $ERVICE, labor intensive, professionally designed, personalized store to door delivery on the same day at LESS 29% with NO $ERVICE CHARGE and NO DELIVERY CHARGE fore U, that's when you'll get a very small piece of their pie?
I know some DAY LABORERS, albeit ILLEGAL, who got a better gig going on than most of this company's customers.
