Birthday party for 13 yr old, I need your help

:help: MY SON will be 13 this FRIDAY, I was not going to do the b'day party thing this year , you know weird age kind of thing. He's a kid but wants to be treated like an adult/kid, ughhhh, HE IS LIKE 'OK MOM SO WHEN IS MY PARTY", YIKESSSSSSSSSS:help:!!!!! I need some ideas on what to do for a 13 yr old Boys b'day party, he is at that weird age!! OK GUYS I NEED YOUR HELP suggestions?????!!! I have a close friend that is a DJ I was telling him and he wants to DJ for free. :wallhead: I guess I should of asked him earlier if he wanted a party, this year or not. Now I have 4 days to plan a party, invite guest and etc plus work 9 to 10 hours aday. OK, I can always come up with good suggestions for other people but today I am blank:wallhead:. DESPERATELY SEEKING BIRTHDAY PARTY PLANS:wide:, LOL. Thanks, Tina

if it was my son it would be pizza, pop and video games and boys only! They would sleep over (but be up all night) and want snacks within an hour after all the pizza was gone. Good luck.
 
Do you have something similar to a Fun Depot? My boys love it, and they do all the work so I can just enjoy.

Hey Tina....you could have a party....but perhaps it would be slightly childish with a birthday cake and all....so do you guys have over there skirmish? Where they go and shoot paint balls at each other?? I know its a lot of fun and boys would go just crazy....get a pizza guy to deliver pizza there and they would go all avo ( afternoon )
The last thing you want to do is have the party at home and be cleaning up after a bunch of 13yrs....hahaha I can just imagine the trash and the mess that would be left.
So my suggestion is get-em-outta-de-house:)

LOL, I have to work the next morning and when he has friends over to spend the night I am stuck with the little kiddo's till seems like midnight the next day, LOL. Then again I am getting ready for Christmas Open house, might put them to work, NAHHHHH, LOL. Thanks for the suggestion!!!! I think I will invite just a few of his close buddies and have the pizza party!!!

Scary party - 13th birthday on Friday? scary movies all night - the entire Friday the 13th collection?

OK, Been there, done that...here's how you make the party a hit...

Buy two white plastic gutters 8 feet long...

Fill each gutter with ice cream, whip cream and a few cherries...

Divide the boys into two teams...(boys against girls if girls are included)...

When you say go, they eat the ice cream with no hands...

First team to finish wins...(actually both teams win because they ate the ice cream)


If you have a small party, use jello in a round plastic bowl...

My son loved the red jello.

Boys at this age are easy to entertain...they're still in the silly stage.

Keep them busy...they love games, but the games need to be unusal...put the boys in swim suits.

Fill water balloons...put the boys in pairs and have them stand 6 feet apart...then throw the balloon to their partner. Everyone that still has a balloon gets to take one large step backwards and throw again...this continues until all the balloons are popped.


Next:
Take one pair of panty hose per boy...place an orange in one leg, then tie the panty nose around the boys waist...put a ping pong ball on the ground for the boys to hit...they race to the finish line (NO HANDS)


The real winner was the shaving cream fight...I had another Mom there with me and we were the only ones with the shaving cream...we gave the nerdest kid a can of cream and told him to spray anyone he wished...then as the boys figured out what was going on we gave each boy a can of shaving cream. Next we gave them a water hose to wash off...

End it with Hot Dogs or pizza.

I love this one..We did this with a pineapple tied to a string and a plastic bowling ball for a parrot head party after a margarite relay race...sooooo freakin fun....Yeah we party like 13 year olds....We often have 13 yearold birthday parties for our 35ish year old friends complete with cookie puss, candy loot bags, balloons and child like games we love it. Keeps us young...
