Well, fellow FC'ers...It is time for me to take my leave.
I cancelled my last class because of low enrollment. My current night session will be over on December 18. Today I had a couple come by the School and buy a bunch of supplies (and they got a steal!) I still have some stuff, so if anyone in the NJ metro area is interested, give me a call!
I don't know what I'm going to do next, but I'm having very mixed emotions about leaving the School, and the floral business in general. I guess I still have enough friends and graduates in the business that I can keep a pinky in it if I feel the need.
I will miss the teaching part of it, and the independence of running my own business.
I will not miss the few crazy people that always seem to pop up, the highs and lows of the business cycles, the bills, and the administrative crap that bores me.
I will miss all of you. Thanks for sharing all of your wonderful advice, talent, skills, experiences, and especially your passion. I wish you all luck and great success in the coming years.
All my best wishes,
Linda Federman
