Some people have been asking for blog help lately. While your content is up to you, here is a small tip.
I got a Google alert about a directory's blog today.
Check out this post and the use of one word, linked 13 times to the same page.
This is a no no.
First: It's written very poorly and won't be valuable to the reader, and it will never become relevant on the net to anyone.
Second: The search engines want to see different keywords linking to your site, and will discount these multiple links back to the directory.
Third: The search engines would prefer to see the different links on different pages, rather than the same one.
Try some of the other posts in this obvious spam blog and see more fun stuff!
They would be better using the anchor text, "Florist in Montreal", only once, and using better content overall.
