OK, I have been dealing with an accounting issue with BloomNet for a few months now, they cashed my checks but they never applied them to my account. I have sent copies and all that crap and still no resolution.

(lets not get on a wire service bashing thing here, I'm looking for something else)

Today I have been contacted by 2 other shops with the same problem, and I'm curious if there are more out there with the same problem.

I had this same problem last year. You need to speak directly to accounting, my dealings with them were surprisingly quite pleasant and professional. The trick is getting connected directly to them. I have their direct number but I cannot find it *sorry*.

The reason they gave me when I had this same problem was that basically there is a lot of red tape between departments and it takes time for things to post. It took 5 months to post. :wallhead:
 
For my several thousand dollars due one month they deposited $7.52!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the two years I've been with them, they have never posted the correct amt. The only people I have spoken with are in NY and are very rude and abusive. (not a comment on new yorkers) Even the supervisor threatened to hang up on me, with a crowd of employees cheering him on in the back ground. (real professional huh)

I shut them down in January, and have refused all orders. Tired of their bull. I joined when they cost only $250.00 per year, not a wire service and therefore should not have any ws fees coming out every month.

I guess they found fees to eat up my money.

If you want to stay with them, your options are few. If you intend to get out, there are some unorthodox ways of settling the $$ score.

Yes for the most part, they all seem to be very rude. But the accounting dept. (at least the guy I spoke to) were professional and made it a point to get my issue squared away. He made the effort to call me to keep me updated. But don't get me wrong, it is ridiculous that we have to put up with this crap!
 
They are notorious for holding up accounting credits for 4, 5, 6 months. You have to keep on them and it is so hard to do now with their new phone system and not being able to reach particular people. Everything now must go through CS and you have to get a call back by hopefully the right person and should you miss their call it is the same thing over again...Good luck and keep on it..

With systems and technology being what they now are, there is no excuse, under any circumstances, for what I am reading here.
None,,,,,,at all !

I knew I'd better clarify the New Yorker reference...Actually there was a guy at BL's NY office just after we joined, we would call him and immediately get 10.00 for delivery, real sweet guy. (which really doen't matter if they never post your money to your cking acct. however)

Many moons ago when we were stationed at Ft. Dix NJ, we were known as the people from "Texas". It was like we were Aliens***

Ahh...to recapture those days of living on 200.00 a month and milk crate furniture!!!! We lived in the apartments at Mt Holly. Truly one of the best times, I had never seen so much snow, and people skating on the local pond, and fireworks displays reflecting in that pond on July 4th. Beautiful area, never made it to NY, really wish I had.:ghug:

Lord knows that, they have all been DOO-ING US for far too long now, and it's our time to return the favor.

Been a couple years now, but yea - had some issues with their accounting too. You DO need to talk with someone IN the acct. dept. Just make sure you have all the needed docs to back up your claim ready to FAX/email in an instant. I found (with a product order credit issue) that I had to literally keep the dude on the phone while I faxed him the docs. Then I was SURE he got them. Also, note the date, time, and person's name of who you're talking to. I know this all seems rudimentary, but it was the only way...

It all came in handy 7 months later when they tried to charge us for the returned product after we had left 800...
