I need some information, I sent a certified letter to bloomnet, they signed for the letter. Have not heard from them, we are suppose to be out of the directory by the end of December. Do you think I should contact them to make sure they are doing there part. They also deposit in my checking account. Do I need to stop them from access to my checking account, I will call my bank today. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks.
 
I would definitely call them to follow up, I wish we were doing the same thing as you, just have to talk my boss (step-father) into it. It's been a uphill battle. errrggghhhh!
 
There is a kicker to that part of them having access to your checking acct.
I believe that they have to agree to take their names off your acct. I know it makes no sense, but when I changed CC processors we had to open a new account. We left the old acct that they had access to open until their contract with us runs out.

I get into that old acct and transfer the CC funds over to the new acct every week.
We keep only about 100.00 in that acct, so they cannot take any undue fees.

First check with your bank about that possibility, then write Bloomnet to confirm removal of your name from the directory. With that said, if you submitted it in a timely manner and you have a signature for receipt of your letter, then your ok.

When I got out of TF they did not acknowledge the letter either.
 
I called them and they had a recorded message for me to email them, I sent them the date and signature, they are suppose to respond immediately. I am fixing to call my bank and make sure they do not let them deduct anything else from this account. We do not receive any orders from them now.
