Anyone having a problem getting their orders from 800flowers? We experienced a problem Monday and they (bloomnet tech) had to re-install bloomlink in the old version to get it to work again properly.

Apparently some software update does not work with FTD nor TF Dove POS.
 
According to what I heard, it has to do with the **uncertified** interfaces built to bring BMT orders into FTD and TF technologies...

You'll need to call your POS provider for assistance.

If you recently updated abobe acrobat that may be the culprit, however bloomlink knows of this issue so that should have been the first thing they checked...
