Phone rings this morning, it is bloomnet wanting to know why an order placed April 7 th was never delivered. I check our records.. we have no record of this order. I ask if they know who they spoke to at my shop. Well, no there's no record of that, just that they called my shop. I can't prove that they didn't call us but I find it hard to believe that they don't make a note of who they spoke to. Any advice?

First, ask them how much money was the order for?
Second, tell them thank you for the money.
Third, tell them to get lost.
If they have incomplete records you owe them none of your time to try to solve their problem.
 
THEY ALWAYS ASK WHO THEY ARE SPEAKING TO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Check your statement !
 
Please correct me if I'm wrong but isn't 800flowers and bloomnet the same thing????

Send a certified letter TODAY to: Bloomnet Member Services, 1 Old Country Road, Suite 500, Carle Place, NY 11514 and tell them goodbye.:buttwiggl
 
It's been our experience that if you get a call from one the bloomnet reps (800-flowers, Cheryl & Co., Plow & Hearth, etc), they always follow up with the order actually printing in your shop. They have never phoned in an order to our shop (unlike Teleflora).

Do you have the bloomlink system or are you a phone in/fax order only?
If you have the bloomlink system and no copy, I wouldn't worry about it.

I agree with the others, check your statement. If they didn't pay you for it, (and you already have no record of it), it's their problem.
