I think the last book was for may june and july, The deadline was probably either may 15th or Jun 15th to be out by Oct 31...definately too late for this round. You probably are stuck until Jan 31st and the deadline for that would be around nov 1-dec 15th...call CS and ask when the deadline is for changing your codification, it should be the same for resignation, I would take the date they tell you and subtract 2 weeks just to be sure you get it done...and document, document, document, all calls, e-mails, mail and correspondence also take names and dates down....send you letter certified with return reciept and send an email to all department head, if nothing else this tactic gets their attention...be prepared to have the department heads call you and offer all kinds of things, they may even tell you that you don't have to send your letter to save you some money, DO NOT believe this, without the letter you have nothing...I also made sure that if anyone called me I had them send me an email with the content of the conversation in their words and if I didn't get it I sent one in my words with a request to confirm that what was heard was what transpired just to have a hard copy that they couldn't deny...I got out with very few problems and when the few problems did arise I was right there and ready for them, they didn't have any excuse for their bad info...
