I don't know if this has been posted before....a search on *Blooms Today* didn't result anything. They have started calling, instead of sending on the computer. They call from a cell phone, so it doesn't show up on the caller ID. The person placing the order is an intelligent, english speaking woman, who is always nice. My employee takes the orders, she knows it's an OG, but doesn't want to say no on the phone....even though she has been told repeatedly to. (arrrrrrrrrrrrrgh!) I've never spoken to them. That just chaps my hide. Whenever I know it's an OG, I don't answer the phone, or in the case of FYF, I say *Buddy the elf...what's your favorite color?* But they must know that a large majority of us (I'm assuming?) have caller ID and use it. So they are getting even sneakier. Jerks.
