Blue and white

I do the UNC Men's Basketball banquet. I was hoping to do something with a little more pizazz this year; as they have just won! (wooohoo!!) Colors are light blue, baby blue, powder blue, Carolina blue... call it what you will and white.

I want to try and get my hands on the white antheriums but I can't think of a good blue to go with that that will have the right kind of textures. They have the money to spend. We could even go with cubes of all white and blue stones but I don't know if I want to go that direction. They like a more modern style. Any ideas? The table peices are long 10 tops. I'll worry with the other peices later.
