Not according to what I know. You might be surprised what you can do if you know how to do it. 
That's something like I was told once, "We don't allow skimmers or OG's in TF" hahaha That would be like telling Florists in North America they could only belong to 1 wire service. I know certain people would like that too, but that's NOT going to happen.
