I'm sure everyone is aware of the story of the two US Border Patrol Agents that face going to prison tomorrow for doing their job.

I for one feel they did their job, they were within their rights, and that too many foreign nationals, especially drug haulers have too many protections under US law. The one in question was caught, tried to run and was stopped.

'Tis sad that the bad guys have more rights than those who are trying to keep them from doing more harm.

My brother in law started his law enforcement career at the border patrol. He transfered into the National park service when the bad guys coming across the border (Arizona) had bigger weapons than theirs. And a fair amount of them were not spanish speaking either.
