until it became a full lunar eclipse, my walk this morning was remarkable.

The streets, usually barren, were studded with people, all looking up and enjoying the gift offered.

A beautiful morning, and shared with so many. :)

I've been wondering if you have been getting up as early as you did in the summer. The darkness of the mornings of the shortening days has curbed my morning excursions. More power to you, V!

Connie it's truly my favourite part of the day. It sets me up for positive experiences and reactions while at work and at the gym. :)

I thought I might have to give it up due to darkness, but you know, I just can't. It's too much a part of who I am now... a walker!

I'm even training for a 10K marathon at the end of September! I've never done that before either. :)

Jeannie, all things being equal and weather not sucking, Alana and I will hopefully get up September 6, during my holiday. :)

She and I are heading up to Tobermory on Monday. We're going to hike either Cypress Lake or Flowerpot Island. She and I love it up there and I've rented a cabin on the bay instead of the usual motel room.

Later in the week I'm hoping to get to Pelee Island with my girlfriend. All in all I think a great week lies ahead.

I'm borrowing a digital camera so I should have some pics to share... if only I can figure out HOW!!!

Following what I said it would be.

"anything I can do, you can do better."

Just get your daughter to show you, that's what I did. Not your daughter of course, I don't know your daughter, but my daughter showed me how to do it.
