Had a customer yesterday that really could have been a PITA except for the fact that she was so funny. Ordered a small centerpiece for delivery next week. Can I have a little of this and a little of that etc etc. Sure thing.
She goes to pay, hands me her credit card; the back says 'C.I.D', I said, "hmm, I've never seen this before" (knowing pretty sure what it means).
She said "oh, my friend told me to write that on all my credit cards"
I said "did your friend mean - 'see ID'?"
She slapped herself in the head and said "oh, my gosh..."
We both got a well deserved laugh to lighten the day.
