Calling all Florist friends in or near Dallas, Texas

One of our designers is leaving very suddenly to move to Dallas, Texas to help a family member who is not well. It is a very big change for her and she is very sad about leaving...and we are sad to see her go. I would like to help her out in some way by finding some floral friends for her to connect with down that way. If there is anyone out there who fits the bill, let me know. She is a wonderful designer from Korea who will miss floral design when she takes on her new role in Texas.
 
Give her Mlou's contact or Renee Carpenter..MCF...they are very active in the Texas Allied Assoiciation...those folks have it going on in Texas...Both are members of FC...and helpful gals. Mlou runs Ilocalflorist.com and Renee owns Memorial City Florist in Houston..I think this is Homecoming prep time for them when they do thousands of corsages but give them a jingle...

I would recommend she visit www.tsfa.org to find out about the state organization. Unfortunately, there is not an allied active in Dallas right now. However, TSFA's convention will be in Dallas next Summer. TSFA can tell her a little about their members in Dallas. For example, size, specialty, etc.
 
I am not sure exactly what you are asking of the connection in the Dallas area. Is she looking for full time or part time work?

Can you clue me in a little more?

I do live 10 miles from Dallas and 10 miles from Ft. Worth if that helps.
