I'm relatively new, however my designer (James) has been in the business 22 years.
Not me! James learned his hands on at the age of 13 in his Uncle's Flower shop.
We were trying to find a puppy bouquet recipe. One of our customers sent us an email with pictures to see if we could do it. The recipe would be easier.
Additional expertise and experience learned by others in various forms of learning (i.e. formal classes, someone else showed them, etc.)
