Can anyone tell me more about these companies

I did a search on the web and a few companies won't tell me where they are from. I would like to know in case I have orders coming at Mothers day I know what I should do with them.

Why can't the police or the goverment close those people down.

They be from across the pond.

As to Urban/Vancouver, they seem to have begun popping their heads outa the out house right before a holiday and taking orders. Many consumer complaints suggest that in some cases (many?) that they do not even fulfill the orders, then they disappear the day of the holiday, not answering phones, or returning consumer emails....

They are still hooked in with FSI...
