Can I use Pottery Sealer on bisque angel?

I have a customer who wants a bisque angel for outdoors.
Should I use design master pottery sealer? Has anyone done this?

I'm afraid of discolouration.

A better choice is Design Master - Dresden Clear Glaze.

Apply the glaze in light coats, let dry between coats, about three or so should seal the bique nicely.
