We have an African Grey Parrot, perhaps the most talented talking parrot. And in fact he talks a lot, in such a human "voice" that, if you aren't watching, you can't tell if it's a bird or person.

Anyway, it never occurred to me that a dog can talk. None of the dogs I know ever talked. At least not the one I had when I was a child. Now I discovered these videos: talking dog 1, talking dog 2. Aren't they adorable? :)

OMG! My husband thinks that our dog talks and that she understands every word that he says to her. And all of this time, I thought he was being a bit silly. Too funny!

ok....there is now coffee all over the desk.......my little hound nearly went spare when she heard all these doggies "talking"...it got a definite aaaaauuuuuuu! here !!
tooo cooool!!
this smile will last all morning!

Oh man oh man. Thank you so much, for the much much much need laugh this morning. I reeeeeallllly needed it!

My Oscar the shop mascot doesn't need to talk, he says plenty with his eyes!! Gets his point clearly across! (probably better that way too)

I don't have a dog, but we do have a cat that says "Mommy" and "Snack"

I have two cats... Elmo and George (named by neighbourhood kids many years ago).

George whines, Elmo speaks one sentence... "Feed me now, B*$#@h".
