Cathy's flowers

I had a weird call today. It was a call center that called out flower orders for Cathy's flowers. I guess they were hired by that florist to send out orders over the phone. They wanted to give us a credit card and get 20% off.
The order was for $39 including delivery. I turned it down.
Has anyone had orders from this florist (or OG)?

There was a florist that called me once that also "hired out" their wire orders. I refused to accept the order (as a wire order) because I couldn't confirm they were a real flower shop. I don't like hearing "boiler rooms" in the back ground as that is truly suspicious and I can't imagine any shop having to hire a boiler room to place their outgoing calls. And for $39.99....nope

Am I understanding this correctly--not only do you give a portion of your proceeds to the wire service, but also to the sending florist??
